HMP Training, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We provide accessible, hands-on workforce training that prepares
individuals for careers in heavy equipment operation and the skilled trades, with a focus on expanding economic opportunity for individuals and communities facing barriers to employment. We focus heavily on workforce development, skilled-trade training, and economic opportunity. Our current partnerships and programs serve:

Our programs are built for anyone that wants to better their lives.  HMP Training now serves both Hagerstown, Maryland and Martinsburg, West Virginia. We have partnered with numerous organizations including:

• Gatekeepers (re-entry programs) – Hagerstown, MD
• Veterans Administration – Martinsburg, WV
• Blue Ridge Community & Technical College – Martinsburg, WV
• Horizon Goodwill Industries – Hagerstown, MD

HMP Training now offers a series of one week certified OSHA compliant heavy equipment training course (compete program is 4 weeks, 3 certifications with 120 hours of training). Our instructors are certified trainers and students receive certifications in Excavator Operation & Safety, Advance Trench Digging, Skid Steer Operations & Safety and Forklift.
